I have TiVo and I think it's fabulous. I set it up this weekend and I'm in love. Now, I can just pause the tv if I need a snack or if my fiance calls. And I can tape all my regular shows plus cooking shows and travel shows and re-run episodes of Sex and the City. TiVo is a fabulous invention.
Other than TiVo, here's whats new:
I started classes last week: Contracts II, Property II, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Legal Skills. I like my new professors and the classes seem pretty interesting. I'm not thrilled about reading and studying again, but I guess thats what I get for being in law school. Also, for our legal skills class this semester, we have a new client and this time we're actually taking the issue to "trial" against another class. Plus I get to role play as a client for another group...I play a hand model whose career was ruined when a bottle exploded and I had to get 25 stitches in each arm. I'm being interviewed by my lawyers tomorrow, so that should be fun.
This weekend I'm going to Charleston, South Carolina! My parents are going there on a mini-vacation and I'm taking a train down to meet them. I've heard Charleston is beautiful and I'm excited to get away for a few days. I'll post pix when I get back.
