the one with writer's block

You would be amazed at the things I've done to procrastinate writing my paper! I've cleaned, done laundry, cleaned more, talked to just about everyone on my phone list, posted pictures online, watched season premiers (of shows I've never watched before), tutored my mom on how to use her mac, slept, done ALL my reading. It's pretty crazy. I think I have finally gotten to the point where there's nothing else on my to do list. But I'll think something up, don't you worry!

I'm a little frustrated right now because my work study job is quickly turning into more than that. I have to do 8 hours a week to keep my scholarship. Of course, they picked this week to put on this huge conference. My boss wants me to be there ALL weekend. Um, excuse me, when am I going to work on my paper?? And when did an 8 hour requirement turn into 25?? Too bad I never really learned how to just say no. I swear, if someone had offered me drugs in high school, I would have said, "sure, do I get my own needle?"

I need your help. I have a very big dilemma. I find myself eating lunch everyday around 1:00 and there isn't much on tv. Eventually, I'll run out of DVDs to watch. So I think I'm going to start watching a soap opera. But which one? Days? General Hospital? As the world turns? Or whatever? I'm taking suggestions.

My heart goes out to all my Houston buds and my Houston family! Most everyone, except my pregnant cousin, has evacuated. Actually, a lot of people are in Dallas. I'm a little bummed because all my grandparents are at my house having fun without me. And I'm jealous of that my Houston friends got their classes cancelled! What are the chances that Rita will head to Virginia and that I'll get to evacuate too? I want to have a (marga)Rita party!!!

Cheers: to the cutest puppy ever
Jeers: to becoming dependent on coffee

I had that same problem last semester! There was never anything to watch while I had lunch, and it made me soo mad!! However, I don't think you should stoop to watching stupid soap operas!!!
