I know it is and I know you're getting tired of reading about it. I have a new idea though. Maybe I should be a publisher. Simon & Schuster, a huge publishing company, has a lot of job openings for entry-level people. I could be a marketing assistant, a publicity coordinator, a special events coordinator... Don't those sound fun? And I would be working with books. I love books. I could grow-up to be a childrens' book editor! I would be closer to my dream of writing a book. It even says that they are looking for avid readers. Um, hello. That's me. And it would be in NYC! So, I have decided to apply. What can it hurt?
Other updates:
- Latte is an excellent student in puppy class. She is learning to stay and to lie down this week.
- I'm now reading "Girls in Pants" which is the third book in the traveling pants series. It's soooo good.
- I got an exercise ball and I'm going to attempt the exercise video tonight. If you want a comedy, come on over.
- I'm upset with my parents because they have stupid rules that they are trying to enforce

Why stop at simply working for a publishing company? Why not just start a publishing company yourself? In fact, that would be a fantastic way to make your dream of writing a book a reality. Write a book, and instead of trying to find a publisher to sign off on it, publish it yourself. If it's a good book, and your market it well (and why wouldn't you be able to do that (: <-- trying your reverse smiley thing, which took me literally 4 tries to get it done correctly)... and then, you own your own publishing company...
... wouldn't that be great?
