the one where I'm trying

Today in class I was browsing through expedia.com for tickets for Brian to come see me over my fall break. I got SO excited because the prices went down $100. I called him to see if he has talked to his boss yet and he hadn't. I really wanted to book the tickets before the price went back up. He just called me to tell me that my Fall Break is the same weekend as the OU v. UT game. No big deal except that one of the teams is staying at his hotel so they are overbooked an he probably can't get off. Nothing is certain yet, but it just bummed me out to think that it might be 12 weeks apart instead of 8. So just pray that he can get off and that the ticket prices will stay low.

I got called on today in class (while I was looking at airline tickets...oops) and it was scary but I think I did okay. I also spent some time washing dishes because my apt complex STILL hasnt' come to fix my dishwasher. It's been a week and I'm out of forks and cups. Grrrr.

By the way, I'm behind in my reading and need to get caught up (see yesterday's post). So I'm off to starbucks...

Little side note: I forgot to mention to all my Zetas out there that on the way to Williamsburg I drove through Farmville, Virginia, home of Longwood College. It was kinda cool to be in the same place where those 9 girls got us started.
