the one where I had a great weekend

This weekend was so great! On Friday, I got to work on my scrapbook with Lacey and I actually got a lot done. I also tried the new thing at Taco Bell...it was yummy but I recommend adding beans. Anyway, then on Saturday, I got up early-ish and went to the mall with BJ. I got some cute things from Banana Republic (on sale) and I got a cute little shirt for Latte. It's a yellow polo and she looks adorable in it. I'll try to put some pictures up of her soon. Anyway, it was very fun to hang out with him and spend some quality time.

Then Saturday night, my friend Emily came over, since my friend Kasey was already here. The three of us haven't gotten to hang out together since february or march! It was very fun just to talk and get caught up. It makes me so sad that I won't get to do that again until who knows when. We ate some Mexican food and watched a movie at my house. We couldn't stop laughing and remembering fun times...like the time the two of them had to push my car because I ran out of gas!

Today we slept in late (yay!!!!) and then went to get breakfast. Saying goodbye was hard because I don't know when I'll see Kasey again. Sad. But it's nice knowing that even when I'm in a different state, we'll still be close. Anyway, I spent the rest of the afternoon at Starbucks with Brian, eating with my mom and Heather, and playing with my puppy. She had a bath so she's nice a fluffy and clean. I just need to clip her nails but it's not going to be easy to get that rascal to sit still. I'm watching "Say Anything" right now. I haven't seen it before and it's pretty good so far.

Cheers: to coffee!
Jeers: to 100 degree weather and hot cars
