Yesterday was super fun! Brian brought Latte up to my work so that she could meet all my co-workers. They loved her and thought she was uber cute. She was very well behaved (no peeing on things) and showed them her playful side. Then Brian and I picked up lunch and ate it on a patio. She sat by my feet and chewed on a little puppy biscuit thing and then tried to pick up cigarette butts. I told her that wasn't lady-like but she didn't really listen... Anyway, then I went back to work but got to leave early to stop at Barnes and Noble and get some magazines that mention Omni. Can you believe they asked me to go to B&N while I was on the clock? The nerve. I'm just kidding, it was so great. I got to leave early (3:45, don't tell my dad) and I met Brian, his mom and Latte over at Einstein's Bagels. We sat outside and read our books. Well, Latte didn't read hers (the little slacker), she took a nap in the bushes. Then we took her shopping and she was very good. She almost peed on Brian though! He got her outside just in time... Enough puppy talk. I feel like a new mom when I talk about her. She's so cute! I'll try to post some pictures really soon!! So, the Mavs lost last night and their chances are looking slimmer. I hope they can pull through though bc it's fun to have a team in the playoffs. Tonight, I'm going to a young baylor grads happy hour. Hopefully it will be fun. At least it's something different to do! I hope you're all having a good week!!
ps- I finally got to watch the finale of Gilmore Girls last night. I hate cliffhangers like that! I'm not sure what to think and I won't find out till September! I don't understand why tv shows stop in the summer. It doesnt' make sense to me.
